This website does not offer online checkout. Shipping is arranged for orders confirmed with Fortune Modern International Co LLC.
Hojari is a Fortune Modern brand, but Hojari products are sold separately through hojaribeauty.com. Purchases made there are covered by the policies published on that website.

We ship within Oman, to GCC countries and internationally. Shipping depends on courier availability for the destination.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is normally paid by the customer. Free shipping applies only where it is specifically offered.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer.
The customer is responsible for customs clearance.
We provide reasonable support if a shipment is delayed in customs.
If a shipment is refused or returned by customs, a refund may apply depending on the circumstances.

Delivery Address and Availability
Fortune Modern is not responsible for delivery problems caused by:
An incorrect delivery address supplied by the customer
The customer being unavailable to receive the shipment

Restricted and Dangerous Goods
We do not ship hazardous or restricted products.
Essential oils, cosmetics, liquids and similar products may require applicable Dangerous Goods (DG) shipping procedures.
Some products may be subject to import and export regulations and shipping requirements in the destination country.
