Return & Refund Policy

What to do if an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or missing, and which products cannot be returned.

Scope

This website does not offer online checkout or online payment. This policy applies to orders placed with Fortune Modern International Co LLC and confirmed by us, usually following a quotation.

Hojari is a Fortune Modern brand, but Hojari products are sold separately through hojaribeauty.com. Purchases made there are covered by the policies published on that website.

General Returns

General product returns are not accepted.

We do not offer exchanges.

Returns requested because of customer preference, change of mind, incorrect delivery information or other customer-related circumstances are not accepted.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Missing Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, or an item is missing, contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

Photos of the item and packaging

A copy of your invoice

If we confirm the issue is Fortune Modern's responsibility, we will arrange the appropriate return, replacement or refund. Where we are responsible, we pay the applicable return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Opened or used products

Customised and private-label products, including custom products that are rejected or abandoned

Bulk and B2B orders, except where the issue is caused by Fortune Modern

If an item in one of these categories arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or missing because of Fortune Modern, report it under Section 03 within 30 days of delivery and we will review it.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 60 days.

The refund method will be agreed with you when the refund is approved.
